Apartment houses Vojtech Kulhanek provide in their two buildings located in the centre of Hradec Kralove a high quality services of rental housing, which means to rent an apartment or a commercial space in Hradec Kralove including all services connected to running and maintaining of apartments on Karla IV. 662 and Skroupova 724 buildings.
Apartment houses Vojtech Kulhanek were returned to their owners in the restitution in 1991. Since then both houses went through a complete renovation. Because of that, our apartments are sought after place for renting and living, also because of a high quality services provided and last but not least because of a great location in the heart of Hradec Kralove.
Some of our 20 apartments are furnished completely, some partly and some are empty. This always depends on the tenant what are their preferences. We are very flexible and helpful according to needs of our tenants. Our new tenant moves into the apartment which is ready to use without any concern for the future care and repairs. All the care and repairs are provided by the owners of apartment houses on their expense. On our website you can find a calculation to each apartment which includes a basic rent and services connected to the rent (water suplly, cleaning of the joint spaces). Energy supplies aren´t included, our tenants pay these bills dirrectly to the energy suppliers.
On our website you can find an apartment for rent or a commercial space for rent without mediation of a third party (real estate agent fees). You will be dealing dirrectly with the landlord without any extra charges. We speak English and we are available in the apartments personally. If you will rent an apartment with us, your rental contract will be also in English for better understanding. Some of our previous and present tenants are from Norway, Germany, UK and Canada.
